Addi Turns 5!

Wow! I can't believe she is 5!! It has flown by, she is just so grown up.  She has such a sweet little spirit.  I have loved every minute of having her in our family......drama moments and all!!  She is so nurturing and helps me out with things around the house and with taking care of her little brother.  She can't wait for her new baby sister to get here and already has a new picture frame that is going to be of the two of them.  She is still such a girly girl and loves to dress up and wear dresses.  She had her birthday outfit planned out for weeks.  She is still doing dance and can't wait for her first year of soccer to start this fall.  Her favorite things to do at the moment are roller blading, anything that has to do with art (painting, coloring, or drawing), she is also taking piano lessons.

Love you Addi Girl!

Here are the cake pops that we made for her preschool class Birthday treat......note to self DO NOT attempt when 38 weeks pregnant!!  We had a great time doing them but WOW they are A LOT of work!  I really thought I was going into labor that night....
Here is dad decorating the night before:)
Going to preschool on her birthday.......wearing her Easter dress!
Max and I came to school the last hour of preschool and watched them play at recess and then came in to help pass out the cake pops.  Max LOVES going to her preschool, he sees and plays with all of her preschool friends and really thinks that they are all his friends too:)

Birthday night.....here was one of the presents she was MOST excited about getting!
Cute dress that Grandma Kelly made for her.  Her little doll also got a matching dress.....SO cute!
Addison's birthday was on Thursday, her preschool party on Friday and then her party with friends was on Saturday.  These next pictures are of friends and teachers on the last day of preschool!

Birthday at Byers Gymnastics

She went to another birthday party here a few months back and liked it so much she wanted to have hers here too.  With me being 39 weeks pregnant it sounded very good to me to.  They had two instructors that took the kids to the gym for an hour, then brought them out for an ice cream cake then she got to open all of her presents:) They literally did everything from getting the cake to writing down what she got for presents.....totally easy;)

Kids at the party were Chloe, Lily, Kylie, Lila, Paige, Will, A.J., Chad, Peyton, Max, and Addi

Baby Shower with My Girls

I met the MOST awesome group of ladies this year through preschool, school, and dance.  I can't even tell you how blessed I feel to have them all just take me in.  I remember walking home from school one morning and Kerri stopped by and invited me to a little brunch they were having to get to know some of the moms.  I was totally nervous going not knowing one person, but they were all so great and friendly.  They have been such an awesome support system to me here, they are totally my adopted family.   We can call each other any time to help with kids or for Dr. appointments or whatever we have going on.  Honestly, can't say enough good things about them!  Thanks Girls

They wanted to have a baby shower for me.....which I felt totally weird about having a shower on #4 but they insisted and said every baby should be celebrated, it turned out so beautiful.  Teresa and Kerri planned and decorated for it. (at least as far as I know;).  This beautiful back yard is Teresa's, I totally have back yard envy....it is huge and gorgeous!  She is such a decorator and gardener.....makes me sick;)

The food was to die for....Kerri made blueberry french toast that had little bits of cream cheese in it.  It is my newest pregnancy craving:)  It was all delicious, they totally spoiled me!
We finally figured out how to set the timer on my camera and after about six tries we got a good one!  Here are the girls from back left.  Nadine, Traci, Angie, Teresa.  Front row left Kerri, Me, and Sophia:)
They all went in and got me a huge box of diapers and a gift card to target!!  LOVED IT:)
Thank You, Thank You!!!

Summer begins~2012

Summer is officially here (ok not technically by the calendar) but by the heat:)  That means lots of time in the pool!  Doesn't she look just thrilled?  She really is, just doesn't like pictures sometimes!

Here is Peyton's first Pack Meeting for cub scouts.  It was very cute they had a little fireside chat about some stories that were fiction or non-fiction.....like Johnny Appleseed and Jim Bridger and the kids had to decide which was true or made up.
Then they gave Peyton his first badge.......he earned his Bobcat!!  Way to go Pey:)  Wow do I look rough!  Going TOTALLY against my no pregnancy pictures policy!!
I (we) also get a pin when he gets a badge, the first one Peyton turns upside down and in order to turn it right side up he had to do a good deed.  He helped get us out the door the next morning by finding shoes for Addi and Max and then made sure they had them on.  Very helpful!

This was Peyton's first leader, Brother Busath....he got released just before Pack Meeting.  He did a great job helping Pey earn his first badge.  Pey was very disappointed that he isn't his leader anymore, until he found out that his new one is his DAD;)

For the last week of school Peyton was the STAR of the week.  He got to make this poster to tell all about his life.
This is Mrs. Hallee!!  My total lifesaver this year.  She started tutoring Peyton back in November and did such an awesome job helping him catch up with this crazy hard, intense school he goes to.  He has worked SOO hard this year and has come so far.  She is the sweetest person ever, I don't know what we would have done without her.  She has an adorable little one year old that would come over and we would get to play with him while she tutored.  We totally fell in love with them!  They even have a dog named Stella....so meant to be:)
