Christmas Card Chaos!!

I did it.  I attempted to take all four of my kids out to try to get a Christmas card photo......I have such a new found respect for my sis who usually does this for me!!  It was a totally insane, crazy experience for me and my kids!  I literally wanted to cry when it was so dark I couldn't take anymore pictures, it was SOOO hard to get a picture of all of them with decent looks on their faces, I'm not even talking about smiles....just not the half eyes closed blurry shots!  Anyhoo MAX was killing me during ALL of them, he was pulling faces I have never seen.  But I am posting these because I still love them and want to remember this.  I emailed them to my sweet sis who stayed up way to late one night helping to make them as great as they could possibly get;)

(these faces are saying)  PLEASE HURRY MOM WE ARE DYING!!!
 Max-a-roni.....what are you doing???

I know this one is blurry but I still like it...
My sweet Tater-Tot, getting so big and so handsome:)

Here is my Addi girl.....so cute!

Love you Max....silly faces and all!

Halloween 2012

This was our Ward Halloween Carnival....they had soup, games, a very scary haunted house, and a trunk or treat!  Lots of fun and sugar that night:)

Max was Peter Pan (2nd year in a row thank you very much), Addi was Tiger Lily....only because her Wendy costume wasn't finished yet!  More on that later.  Peyton was a Biker.....? he came up with this on on his own.  He was a white wizard for Halloween but that too had not arrived yet.  Meg was a pumpkin (passed down from cousin Aislinn...love those handy downs:).

Here was the night we carved our pumpkins.....That big one was NOT easy!  Somehow everyone decides that it is time to carve pumpkins and then I end up ALL by myself in the kitchen doing ALL of it!!?!  It's all good I secretly kind of like it;)  Peyton drew the face for the one that looks like a cat.  Addi picked out the witch one for me to do.... Max and Addi did the potato heads:)  Max yours looks awesome!  He was so proud of it.
Halloween night with all of my little pumpkins:)

Here are the kids being forced to pose and smile before we left for a Halloween party.  Peyton is holding the BIG MAX Trophy.  We were in a competition with Tim's cousins to see who could grow the biggest pumpkin.  It was such a riot, we ended up winning....very proud of that:)  Tim has to get most of the credit though he took care of that thing like it was one of the kids.....Can't wait for next year!

Peyton is a White Wizard....then you have Wendy and Peter Pan with the little pumpkin bringing up the rear!
Here is Wendy in her adorable little nightgown that Grandma Kelly made very last minute for her.  For the longest time she wanted to be Super Girl.....then about two weeks before Halloween she changed her mind and wanted to be Wendy with Peter Pan......I searched and searched the Internet with no luck so we called Grandma to see if she was up to the task.  Grandma always asks the kids way in advance what they want to be for Halloween so she would have enough time.....sorry for the rush Grandma you are always such a good sport!  It was so cute when we got it in the mail, she said "Oh mom it's so beautiful, and even more beautiful than Wendy's because it has sparkles in it!"  It was just perfect and she looked so sweet!

Meg is 5 months!

Here are a few pictures I took of Megs the other day.  I could just eat her up, she is so sweet!  I can't believe that she is already 5 months....time flies when you are having fun (or when you are so busy you don't know which way is up)!

This and That

Addison and Peyton did a jog-a-thon for a fundraiser at school.  They both ran their little hearts out!  Good job kiddos:)

They have also been playing soccer.....only two games left.....it's a good thing!  Soccer season is crazy long!

Here is Meg at one of the games.....just happy to be there......sucking her fingers just like her brother!!!

Here was our last Pack Meeting.  It was a jungle safari theme and all of the kids got to paint their faces....so much fun!
Here was Peyton earning his Wolf.....Way to go Pey!!!

Their school just had a Giants spirit day to celebrate winning the World Series....here was Addi all decked out before school:)
The third graders just did their performance of the year.  It is called DPX (Dance Party Extreme) the instructor is a hip hop dancer and goes to different schools offering programs to promote dance and fitness.....it was SOOOO much fun to go watch.  You have to check out the video of Peyton busting his moves.....he had a smile that he was trying to wipe off of his face the whole time!  He had a blast, that kid hears music and you can just see the moves trying to get out!  Love it!
