Halloween 2012

This was our Ward Halloween Carnival....they had soup, games, a very scary haunted house, and a trunk or treat!  Lots of fun and sugar that night:)

Max was Peter Pan (2nd year in a row thank you very much), Addi was Tiger Lily....only because her Wendy costume wasn't finished yet!  More on that later.  Peyton was a Biker.....? he came up with this on on his own.  He was a white wizard for Halloween but that too had not arrived yet.  Meg was a pumpkin (passed down from cousin Aislinn...love those handy downs:).

Here was the night we carved our pumpkins.....That big one was NOT easy!  Somehow everyone decides that it is time to carve pumpkins and then I end up ALL by myself in the kitchen doing ALL of it!!?!  It's all good I secretly kind of like it;)  Peyton drew the face for the one that looks like a cat.  Addi picked out the witch one for me to do.... Max and Addi did the potato heads:)  Max yours looks awesome!  He was so proud of it.
Halloween night with all of my little pumpkins:)

Here are the kids being forced to pose and smile before we left for a Halloween party.  Peyton is holding the BIG MAX Trophy.  We were in a competition with Tim's cousins to see who could grow the biggest pumpkin.  It was such a riot, we ended up winning....very proud of that:)  Tim has to get most of the credit though he took care of that thing like it was one of the kids.....Can't wait for next year!

Peyton is a White Wizard....then you have Wendy and Peter Pan with the little pumpkin bringing up the rear!
Here is Wendy in her adorable little nightgown that Grandma Kelly made very last minute for her.  For the longest time she wanted to be Super Girl.....then about two weeks before Halloween she changed her mind and wanted to be Wendy with Peter Pan......I searched and searched the Internet with no luck so we called Grandma to see if she was up to the task.  Grandma always asks the kids way in advance what they want to be for Halloween so she would have enough time.....sorry for the rush Grandma you are always such a good sport!  It was so cute when we got it in the mail, she said "Oh mom it's so beautiful, and even more beautiful than Wendy's because it has sparkles in it!"  It was just perfect and she looked so sweet!
